The United States Secret Service reports that former President Donald Trump‘s aircraft experienced a mechanical problem and made landfall in Billings, Montana, on Friday night.

The plane’s mechanical issue, according to the Secret Service, had nothing to do with a security concern.

It’s unclear if the original plan was to arrive in Bozeman or Billings, where Trump has scheduled rallies and a dinner fundraiser.

On Friday night, the Trump campaign did not immediately reply to a request for comment.

A video of Trump taken from his plane was uploaded to X by Margo Martin, the Trump campaign’s deputy director of communications.

“I just landed in a really beautiful place, Montana, so beautiful flying over, and you just look down, and that’s the way it’s supposed to be,” Trump says in the clip.

Additionally, the former president made disparaging remarks about Vice President Kamala Harris. In the video, Trump made no mention of any plane-related problems.
