Mr Beast Burger, the firm that delivers food, is suing YouTuber Mr Beast

Jimmy Donaldson is being sued over a MrBeast Burger contract by his meal delivery company partner, Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), better known on YouTube as MrBeast with 172 million subscribers.

Donaldson's lawsuit against VDC this week claims that the Florida-based "virtual dining" business harmed Donaldson's reputation by giving customers "low quality" and occasionally "inedible" meals.

In their case, VDC and its affiliate Celebrity Virtual Dining, LLC accuse Donaldson and Beast Investments of breaching contracts and are suing for willful tortious interference.

According to the lawsuit, the subject of the case is a "social media celebrity who believes his fame means that his word matters not, that the facts do not matter, and

that he believes he can renege as well as breach the terms of his contract without consequence.

The lawsuit was submitted on Monday to the Supreme Court of the State of New York in the County of New York. He is mistaken.

According to the company involved in the complaint, Donaldson's damages are in the "nine-figure range."

A Donaldson spokesman declined to comment on Monday. VDC's legal representative said they have nothing else to add.
