On 'Mean Girls Day,' TikTok will have the movie for free

Come on in, losers; we're having fun. It goes without saying that Tuesday is "Mean Girls Day."

You could wonder how that day came to be. Well, there's a scene in the well-known 2004 movie

where Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) is asked what day it is by Aaron Samuels (played by Jonathan Bennett) in class.

She replies, "October 3." "Mean Girls Day" was therefore established.

To celebrate, Paramount has released the film on TikTok for free in 23 parts.

The movie has gained cult status and even inspired a musical, which will also be turned into a movie next year.

The "Mean Girls" movie and musical were both created by Tina Fey, who is most known

for her work as a writer and performer on "Saturday Night Live," "30 Rock," and other shows.
