Trump media company's former employee claims 'fraudulent misrepresentations'

Donald Trump’s eponymous media company is accused by a former executive that regarding possible merger with 2 other firms, Trump’s eponymous media company committed “fraudulent misrepresentations”.

a former executive at Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), Will Wilkerson alleges TMTG and several company officials, Digital World Acquisition Corporation (DWAC) and Benessere Capital Acquisition Corporation (BENE) committed federal securities law violations

In August Wilkerson filed complaint.

In Wilkerson complaint, it claims that substantive communications were made by DWAC and Trump’s media company that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) violated regulations about merging before DWAC was a public company itself.

According to sources familiar with the matter Trump’s company is investigating by the SEC and federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.
