Seth Rollins has detailed how the creative process under Triple H has changed since he took over.

When Vince McMahon announced his retirement last year, Triple H took over the creative side of the business from the former. He was now in charge of booking and coming up with a compelling story.

Fans wondered how the process really felt backstage as it is well documented that Triple H and Vince McMahon have unique styles from each other. Seth Rollins recently stated in an interview that the creative process had not changed much under Triple H.

“I’ve worked with Triple H in the ring in many different versions of him: behind the scenes for many years, so, honestly. The transition really wasn’t that different. It was a big ‘Oh no, you know what? Everything is different’. It’s pretty much the same for us as it is for people who have worked with him.
He continued:

“The process is a little different, of course. He’s going to handle situations differently, so the conversation is different than in the previous regime, but there are a lot of people who are still in place. It’s just one in a different chair.” It’s man so it’s not as big a change as people think.

Chad Gable and Austin Theory also weigh in on Triple H being in charge of creative

Apart from Seth Rollins, Chad Gable also expressed his views on the former World Champion being in charge of creativity, saying that he is thrilled with the way he has been used over the last six months.

“I think we’ve seen that since Hunter took over and thankfully he really appreciates the wrestling side of what we do. I think he sees that in me. I think He sees me as someone of value. He can depend on when he needs a quality match against anyone.”

He continued: “Which, for me, is really gratifying that I can be seen by someone, not just fans but someone like Hunter who he is. So, it’s been rewarding. It’s been nice to be very busy and feel great.” Useful in the last six months because there haven’t been many times in the past. So yeah, it’s been a good period.”

Austin Theory, who worked closely with Vince McMahon, said that creative change is not harmful.

“It’s hard for me to say because my time with Mr. McMahon, and you know him in a creative state as I was growing up, it was almost like we were trying to develop a character and a mold and I I think now that Triple H has come in and we’ve got the [Money in the Bank] briefcase gone… I think now, especially with Triple H trusting me and the creative process being available to me, it’s very Is good.

The Game is doing a great job as the Creative Head of WWE and fans would love to see him in this position for many more years.
