Angus Cloud, a fan favorite from HBO’s “Euphoria” series, died at the age of 25, his family revealed in a statement Monday.

According to family members, Angus has been struggling with suicidal ideation since coming from Ireland, where his dad was laid to rest a week ago.

According to his representatives, he died at his family’s home in Oakland, California. According to the sources, he had been staying with relatives as he went through his grief.

“The only solace we have is that Angus is now reunited with his father, who was his closest friend,” the family stated in a statement. “Angus was open about his struggle with mental health, and we hope that his death will serve as a reminder to other people that they are not alone and that they should not fight this alone in silence.”

An Oakland Fire Department representative stated that around 11:30 a.m., first responders were sent to a location affiliated with the actor.

“Upon entry of Fire EMS personnel, the person being treated was determined to be apparently deceased,” according to an email from the spokeswoman.

He stated that the reason of death was unknown.

Fans flocked to Cloud’s Instagram comment area shortly after the news of his passing surfaced on Monday. A torrent of emotional condolences were left on one of his recent posts, which appeared to be a memorial to his father.

“Rip the both of you together again, sweet talented soul lost too soon,” wrote one.

Cloud, best known for the role he played as Fezco in the HBO teen drama, said that a casting agent noticed him on the street and that he had never formally acted before the series. His likeable and funny character soon won over the series’ devoted followers.

In a March interview, he informed i-D magazine that his personality was unique from other performers because he wasn’t looking for fame when he took on the part.

“They were working really hard, so they were like, ‘I’m going to take it to the top,'” he explained. “It was just too good an opportunity for me to pass up.” I had no clue things would go to this point.”

In a statement uploaded to its social media on Monday, HBO said it was “incredibly heartbroken” to learn of Cloud’s death.

“He was a beloved member of the HBO and Euphoria families,” the business added. “During this difficult period, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his friends and family.”

Cloud’s passing was grieved by “Euphoria” creator Sam Levinson.

“There was nobody quite like Angus,” the filmmaker stated. “He was far too special, far too talented, and far too young to depart from us so suddenly.” He, like a lot of us, struggled with depression and drug addiction. I hope he realized how many people’s hearts he touched.”

Cloud’s portrayal of Fezco, an adolescent drug dealer who lives with his grandmother, was well received by audiences. Fezco established a love involvement with Maude Apatow’s character, Lexi, in his most recent season, which fans pushed for online.
