Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner made their long-simmering romance public on Monday at Beyoncé’s birthday celebration.
Making their first public appearance together, the “Kardashians” actress and the Oscar-nominated actor were spotted making out at SoFi Stadium while Beyoncé performed her third and last concert there as part of her record-breaking Renaissance tour. Social media was flooded with video of the young couple strolling in together, as well as other candid scenes, like them chatting and Chalamet blowing on a cigarette before the event, with thousands of admirers in attendance.
As they hugged, kissed, and danced during the star-studded concert, Jenner, 26, and Chalamet, 27, who have been romantically associated since April, dispelled any lingering questions about their relationship status. In addition to her sisters Kendall Jenner and Kim Kardashian, Hailey and Justin Bieber, Adele, and Chalamet’s “Dune” co-star Zendaya, the two were placed in the VIP area of the arena, according to TMZ, which acquired video of the couple kissing while their arms were encircled.
The “Call Me By Your Name” performer and the founder of Kylie Cosmetics haven’t spoken publicly about their relationship yet, and their agents didn’t answer to The Times’ requests for comment on Tuesday.
According to an anonymous tip provided in April on the gossip social media network DeuxMoi, “Timmy C has a new girl…Kylie Jenner,” and rumors suggested that they were just “keeping things casual.”
Without any official proof that they were a couple, however, rumors and tabloid intrigue about them persisted for months. (Even after TMZ discovered Jenner’s Range Rover parked in Chalamet’s Beverly Hills driveway days after the tip-off from an unnamed source.)
Travis Scott, Jenner’s ex, seemed to address the supposed relationship in July when he appeared to criticize the “Wonka” actor in his brand-new song, “Meltdown.”
He raps on the song, “Burn an athlete like it’s calories, find another flame hot as me / Chocolate AP & chocolate the Vs, got the Willy Wonka factory.”
Scott and Jenner, who have two young children together, split in January after dating sporadically since 2017.
