The wax monument of the former wrestler-turned-actor was added as a result of the Grévin Awards competition, which the museum started in March 2022. Internet visitors were prompted to select one of ten renowned international figures for the Grévin Museum.

Ariana Grande, Zendaya, Tom Holland, Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez, Elon Musk, Chris Pratt, Lupita Nyong’o, and Margot Robbie were all beaten out by Johnson (48% of the vote).

You’ll find him in the Salle des Colonnes, near Leonardo Di Caprio.

Does anyone else think that there’s something a bit off about the wax statue or that they’ve made him look like a jacked-up Billy Zane suffering from a shellfish allergy?
