Taylor Swift attended the "Renaissance" concert film premiere after Beyoncé attended hers

Before “RENAISSANCE: A Film By Beyoncé” opened in theaters on December 1st, Queen Bey attended a star-studded premiere in London the night before. Beyoncé provided support for Taylor Swift, who premiered her own concert film earlier this year, and she was present.

“Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” debuted in Los Angeles in October. Swift posted a photo of herself and Beyoncé hurling popcorn and captioned it, saying, “I’m grateful that I’ll have no idea what my life would have been like without @beyonce’s influence.” The way she’s taught me, along with every other artist here, to disobey industry conventions and break the law.”

Swift praised Beyoncé’s “generosity of spirit,” “resilience, and versatility” in the Instagram post.

“She’s been an inspiration throughout my career & the fact that she came up tonight was like a real fairytale,” she wrote in a letter.

Swift was pictured wearing a silver and sparkly gown that went with the theme of the film “RENAISSANCE: A Film By Beyoncé,” along with a lot of other attendees. Beyoncé had on a black gown featuring a sizable silver emblem across the front.

This year, many fans dressed in extravagant black and silver ensembles for Beyoncé’s concerts. During the astrological “Virgo Season,” which ran from August 23 to September 22, Beyoncé even suggested in an Instagram story that concertgoers honor her sign by “wearing their most fabulous silver fashions.” Sept. 4 is Beyoncé’s birthday, and “Virgo’s Groove” is one of the songs from her album.

Blake Lively and Michelle Williams attended the London premiere as well. Famous people like Tyler Perry, Janelle Monae, and Gabrielle Union attended Beyoncé’s Los Angeles premiere.

Along with the Friday movie debut, Beyoncé dropped a brand-new song called “MY HOUSE.”

Billboard estimates that Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” tour brought in $580 million by October.

The tours of Beyoncé and Swift were immensely successful and were even acknowledged for stimulating the economy by drawing large crowds to cities for their performances. According to Billboard, Swift’s Ears Tour, which just finished a portion of its international leg, is predicted to earn an estimated $900 million, making it the highest-grossing tour of all time. Box Office Mojo reports that since opening in theaters on October 13, “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” has made over $248 million in total revenue worldwide.
