WWE WrestleMania 39 will be held next weekend on April 1 and 2, live from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. During the two-day event, former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is scheduled to face Vishal Omos, managed by MVP.

Brock Lesnar is a top star and Omos has not been a frequent presence on WWE television in recent times, so fans have questioned why the match was booked. Some fans are also believing that Lesnar will have a quick win in this match. That said, there are a number of ways WWE could book the finish to make things interesting and fuel speculation for the results on Raw and SmackDown.

The following article outlines five possible endings for the match. As always, wrestling fans get creative, so it will be interesting to see some of the other possible scenarios.

Huge upset at WWE WrestleMania

The Undertaker recently said that Omos is “really high” on being a major attraction for WWE going forward. While he still needs to improve in the ring, if the company agrees to this endorsement, the match could be a launch pad for an even bigger push.

Significantly, Lesnar has not won any WrestleMania match since WrestleMania 34 in 2018. Therefore, Lesnar would have to agree to lose another high-profile match in an effort to potentially make him another star.

Bobby Lashley teams up with Omos and MVP

Currently, Bobby Lashley is set to face Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania; However, Wyatt did not show up for many of the events, leaving this match in flux. Should the match get canceled, WWE would still want to feature Lashley on the show as he is one of their biggest stars.

For the past several months, the company has been teasing a reunion between Lashley and MVP. And with the ongoing feud between Lashley and Lesnar, this could be a way to restart the animosity and re-establish the MVP-Lashley alliance.

The Hurt Business Reforms

In addition to Lashley, WWE is reuniting MVP with his former Hurt business partners, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander. If the faction considers the outcome of the match, it could make for some interesting scenarios going into the summer.

First, Alexander and Benjamin would provide some additional depth to a tag team roster in need of new contenders. Second, if they also had Lashley and eventually became a babyface, they could be in line for a feud with The Bloodline, which could play out in the spring and summer.

Omos and MVP split

Fans shouldn’t expect his alliance with Brock Lesnar to cost MVP Omos. However, a scenario can occur where Omos loses and in an expression of frustration, MVP reprimands Omos for losing, causing the giant to snap and turn babyface.

Even if it does, Omos still needs improvements to the microphone and ring. So, there will be a change in direction, but the need will remain the same.

The debut of an NXT star

WrestleMania and the television shows immediately following the event usually see some debuts from the NXT brand. If WWE doesn’t want to go the familiar route and hire someone new alongside MVP, this could be the place to do it.

Although nothing is set in stone, Apollo Crews and Dabba-Kato come to mind as they were previously on the main roster. They can also see stars who appear regularly on NXT “Lvl Up”, but many of them still need work before they are ready to move on.
