Some couples tend to dress more alike—possibly too much so—the longer they’ve been together. However, it appears that the opposite is true with Hailey and Justin Bieber.
Consider how they dressed entirely differently when they attended the model’s Rhode x Krispie Kreme event earlier this week to introduce her skincare line’s Strawberry Glazed lip treatment: she was wearing a strapless red minidress and matching heels, while he was sporting sweats and crocs. But lo and behold, a few days later, the Biebers’ fashion sense was somewhat in line.
Justin and Hailey were at the 2023 US Open in New York City during the weekend wearing the exact same black leather bomber jacket. For her part, Hailey accessorized with her diamond-studded “B” necklace, big gold hoops, and trademark Strawberry Girl makeup. She wore a large jacket with a white minidress.
In the meantime, Justin tried to match his wife’s outfit as closely as possible, wearing a white tank top under his coat and a pair of light-wash baggy pants. He donned a backward polka-dot baseball cap, dazzling pink sunglasses, and vivid yellow, blue, and white sneakers, so his accoutrements were obviously not as subtle as Hailey’s.
Hailey had dressed up the same leather jacket a few days before for a day at the lake. This time, she wore the enormous coat with matching white crew socks, a black loafer, and a white silk slip dress with lace trim. It is preferable to overdress than to underdress.
