Although Cooper Kupp is taking it easy this season, he is still quite active in the real estate market.

The wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams, who is out with a hamstring injury, has just listed his four-acre house in Oregon, according to a story from The Wall Street Journal. Kupp paid a cool $2.5 million in 2020 to purchase the Wilsonville property, which was listed for $3.5 million. The compound, which is located 30 minutes outside of Portland, has a main house with five bedrooms and a guest house with over 2,000 square feet. In addition to converting a barn into a training facility during the epidemic, Kupp also built up a four-car garage as a gym.

“There was so much sweat, blood, and tears put into that. The Super Bowl LVI MVP informed the newspaper that it was “really pretty special.” The 4,600 square-foot indoor sports facility has two enormous bay doors, lighting, speakers, a field coated with turf, and retractable basketball hoops on both ends.

Speaking to Forbes, Kupp continued, “I did the majority of my off-season preparation there in the lead-up to our Super Bowl season.” “We were very deliberate in how we furnished the barn to make it the best possible performance location, and I think that work shows. The early-morning work in that barn will be missed by me.

A huge circular driveway lies in front of the 5,700-square-foot main house, which is built of brick in the Gothic Revival design. Large windows, elegant millwork, hardwood floors, and natural stone accents are all present. Highlights include a quaint office with paneling and a fireplace, a family room bar with a wine refrigerator, and a formal dining room with vaulted ceilings and chandeliers. The nearby kitchen has a sizable center island featuring Miele and Subzero equipment.

The main suite is located on the ground level and has its own terrace, private entry vestibule, and en suite bathroom. There are four more bedrooms above.

Kupp, a native of Washington, claimed that his wife and he are selling because they don’t have as much time to take their three children to Oregon. While we don’t yet know the location of the Rams receiver’s upcoming offseason getaway, we believe he will stay pent-up in Los Angeles for the time being.
