Regarding a situation affecting their three children, Grimes is suing her ex, Elon Musk.
The “Genesis” actor, Claire Boucher, filed a “petition to establish a parental relationship” in a California court on September 29, according to court documents acquired by Page Six.
The plea seeks to have a child’s unmarried legal parents declared by the court.
Although the case’s docket is open to the public, the documents have been sealed, and it doesn’t seem like the co-founder of Tesla has reacted to Grimes‘ plea.
She hasn’t yet asked for custody or child support either.
Musk, 52, and Grimes, 35, started dating in 2018 and dated intermittently until their final breakup in September 2021.
In May 2020, the Canadian artist gave birth to their first child, a male they named X A-Xii. The former couple then went on to have a daughter they named Exa Dark Siderael, nicknamed Y, through surrogacy in December 2021.
According to the “Elon Musk” biography with journalist Walter Isaacson, published in September, the SpaceX founder and Grimes secretly had a third kid, a boy they have affectionately christened Tau and given the name Techno Mechanicus.
When Tau was born is unknown.
Only a few weeks have passed since Grimes begged Musk on Twitter to let her see their son.
The “Oblivion” singer tweeted in response to Isaacson’s tweet including images of Elon Musk’s twin children, Strider and Azure, whom he has with Shivon Zilis, “Tell Shivon to unblock myself and tell Elon to let me visit my son or plz respond to my lawyer,” which has since been deleted.
Despite the fact that the situation is completely tearing my family apart, I have never even been permitted to view a photo of these kids until now.
Days later, on the same platform, Grimes clarified that she had spoken with Zilis, 37, to “de-escalate” the conflict.
