Nic Kerdiles, Savannah Chrisley’s ex-fiance, perished in a motorbike accident this week, according to TMZ.

According to Nashville PD, Kerdiles passed dead early on Saturday due to injuries incurred in an accident that occurred about 3:30 AM, when they claim he ran through a stop sign in a neighborhood to the north of downtown Nashville.

Police claim he ran into a BMW’s driver’s side with his Indian Motorcycle. The other car reportedly stopped right away, and Kerdiles was taken to a nearby hospital, where he ultimately passed away. According to the police report, neither driver showed any signs of intoxication.

Police have verified Kerdiles’ date of birth. Tragically, NK also shared a photo of himself yesterday night in his Instagram account riding his Indian bike. There is a caption that says “Night rider.”

Between 2018 and 2020, Kerdiles was briefly engaged to Savannah Chrisley, the second child of Todd and Julie Chrisley, before she called it off and ended her relationship with Nic. They had been seeing each other since 2017, and he had even appeared on her parents’ reality program, “Chrisley Knows Best.”

Savannah has said the following about the split: “I feel like we got engaged for all the wrong reasons. I was aware that his proposal shouldn’t have been accepted. It was recorded and broadcast on TV. Both my family and his family were present. I would never have wanted things to turn out that way.

“Everything was just wrong at the time,” she continued. True, I adored him and was head over heels for him. Simply put, before you got married, there was a ton of work to be done.

Nic has hockey experience; he played for a spell at the college level before having a brief professional career with the Anaheim Ducks in the 2010s. After bouncing about for a while, he decided to end his hockey career in 2018 after four years of competition.

Nic had most recently been employed as a real estate broker in the Nashville region. Although he didn’t have any children of his own, he was undoubtedly close to his family, particularly his nieces and nephews, with whom he just shared a number of adorable images earlier this month.

It’s painful to read one of Nic’s final posts. In a letter from that period, he stated, “Getting to go home this past weekend & seeing my family was something that I needed more than I knew.”

Nic continues, “Time in this world moves by more quickly every day. I promise to never again take these times with children for granted, and the same counsel applies to everyone else. Love is an uncommon commodity in this world because it is unconditional. I’m incredibly grateful for my family, which includes my parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews. I’ve already made plans to return home on my upcoming vacation, and I can’t wait to see them again soon! I really do love you all.

In an attempt to get a response, we tried contacting Nic’s relatives but were unsuccessful. Savannah’s agent has also been contacted, but we have not heard back as of yet.

Only 29 years old, Nic.
