Purcell walked down the aisle during what was characterized as an intimate ceremony in Malibu on Saturday night while the bride, who was previously married to Miley’s father, “Achy Breaky Heart” singer Billy Ray Cyrus, for 28 years, wore a beautiful white gown and matching veil. The couple made their Instagram account public in November, and they announced their engagement in May.
